General Summary
The Organizational Design & Culture Manager is primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies that shape the organization’s structure, align teams, and enhance employee engagement. This role is a strategic partner to HR Leadership and BBG Executive team, focusing on aligning organizational design with enterprise goals and fostering a supportive, inclusive, thriving, and high performance workplace culture. In this role, the Director provides strategic counsel to the Executive Director, Human Resources & Learning to identify and elevate priorities, serving as a critical link between the HR department and the Executive Team. The position encompasses organizational alignment, cultural engagement, and collaboration with leadership to design and execute initiatives that drive employee alignment, feedback integration, and overall cultural excellence.

Provide world class customer service by capturing and being responsive to the voice of the customer (internal or external, including donors for select positions) through multiple feedback channels in order to resolve issues and drive satisfaction in accordance with the BBG customer engagement, feedback, and complaint processes.
It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Tasks
Act as a consultant to senior leadership on organizational design challenges, supporting initiatives such as department restructurings to optimize talent alignment and operational effectiveness.
Designs benchmarks and metrics to measure the impact of organizational initiatives on enterprise performance.
Leads cultural engagement initiatives, including creating roadmaps centered on data-driven strategies to promote high engagement and alignment with company values.
Develops and maintains mechanisms such as employee focus groups and surveys, leveraging feedback to drive cultural improvements and engagement strategies.
Partners with Learning and Development to integrate cultural values into training programs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Plans, launches, monitors, and adjusts short- and long-term learning initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals and values.
Develops and maintains processes for employee feedback and collaborates with leadership to align individual and team goals with organizational priorities.
Oversee the 360 feedback, mentorship, Leadership Organizational Readiness (LOR) programs, and internal and external coaching initiatives ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and continuous improvement to support employee development.
Ensure that employee performance feedback and goal-setting processes are completed in a timely manner, with goals that are achievable and aligned with the organization’s annual corporate objectives.
Acts as an internal consultant by bringing best-in-class perspectives and challenging conventional thinking on strategic initiatives and operational improvement opportunities.
Provides guidance to senior leadership on change management and cultural transformation efforts.
Maintains processes to ensure knowledge management efforts shape strategy and inform decision-making at all levels.
Facilitate the calendar schedule and Strategic Plan Storyboard development with business unit leaders.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Participates in continuing education and attends meetings, workshops, and conferences as assigned.
Provides assistance to other departments as needed.
Education
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with major course work relative to the field of assignment. The required major is in Business, I/O Psychology, Organizational/HR Development, Education or related discipline.
Prefer a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
Licenses and/or Certifications
Valid United States Driver’s License
Experience
Requires five or more years of supervisory and/or leadership. Requires three or more years in change management.

Requires three or more years in cultural leadership and planning.
Knowledge
Must have expertise in adult learning theory, curriculum development, and collaboration with Learning and Development teams.
Must maintain familiarity of regulatory/quality compliance, to include FDA, EU, ISO, GHM, cGMP, OSHA, etc.
Must have knowledge organizational design, culture development, and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Must maintain knowledge of and perform according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies.
Must have knowledge of adult learning theory and techniques

Must have experience working directly with senior leadership on a regular and on-going basis and manage change initiatives.

Must be capable of developing adult learning curriculums and training employees.

Must be capable of operating motor vehicles in all types of weather conditions.

Working Environment
Works in a well-lighted, air conditioned and heated office. May be exposed to electrical and chemical hazards and other conditions common to an office environment. May be required to work at any time of the day, evening or night during the week or weekend. Ability to use personal motor vehicle for company business required.
