    A Snapshot of Your Day(position overview)

     

    Business Administrator

    Sales is responsible for i) support and coordinate the review of customer terms

    and conditions and negotiate with Customers in conjunction with Bid

    Manager/Business Developers ii) defining and implementing offer processes in

    accordance with Siemens Energy policies and procedures iii) supporting in the

    identification and mitigation of commercial risk during the offer stage iv)

    performing various financial and sales analyses and v) support Business

    Developers to get internal approvals.

    How You’ll Make anImpact (responsibilities)

    + Guides, coordinates, and organizes all financialand commercial activities within the scope of the applicable business processesfor sales and bidding and owns the approval process with stakeholders in theorganization.

    + Participates in the negotiation of customercontracts to ensure that contracts are concluded in line with company policiesand procedures.

    + Performs ongoing optimization of organization,procedures, and processes to ensure rationalization potential, optimizeefficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.

    + Communicate and provide training in regard to newregulations.

    + Supports the Financial team in the forecasting ofbookings and performs various Financial and sales analysis. Guides ongoingcomparison of objectives and their achievement, drives consistent steeringactions to achieve the targets set by the business in terms of new orders.

    + Assist with transfer pricing audit and compliancetopics

    What You Bring (requirements)

    + 3-10 years of experience in contract negotiation and/or contractmanagement.

    + Experience with affiliate cross-border transactions preferred

    + High level of critical and logical thinking, analytical skills, andreasoning to identify key risk factors and drivers.

    + Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meetdeadlines.

    + Strong written and verbal communication

    + Possess excellent interpersonal and problem-solving ability. Must beproficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
