    Reporting to the Chief Human Resources and Administrative Officer, the global leader will have responsibility for the company’s global compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring they are aligned with the company’s business objectives, culture, and values. This position will lead a small but dynamic team and work collaboratively with senior leadership, HR business partners, and other key stakeholders across all regions. The role will focus on creating competitive, equitable, and motivating reward programs that drive employee engagement and attract and retain top talent.

    What you’ll do

    + Global Compensation Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the company's global compensation strategy, including base pay, incentive programs, and equity compensation plans. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and industry best practices. Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in compensation and benefits; perform analysis, develop strategies, and provide advice to internal stakeholders

    + Benefits Strategy and Administration: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of global benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, insurance, and leave policies. Ensure that the benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with local regulations across all countries.

    + Total Rewards Governance and Compliance: Ensure total rewards programs comply with applicable laws and regulations in each country of operation, including tax, labor, and employment laws. Stay abreast of global trends and regulatory changes that may impact compensation and benefits offerings.

    + Equity Programs and Incentives: Design and manage long-term incentive programs that align with the company’s goals.

    + Compensation Benchmarking and Analysis: Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity. Provide strategic insights based on compensation data and trends to senior leadership.

    + Performance Management and Pay-for-Performance: Oversee the implementation of pay-for-performance strategies, ensuring that compensation is aligned with business performance, individual contribution, and organizational values.

    + Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Total Rewards professionals, ensuring their success and growth while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

    + Communication and Employee Engagement: Lead the communication strategy for compensation and benefits, ensuring clarity and transparency for employees across all regions. Foster engagement through feedback mechanisms and drive initiatives to increase understanding and trust in the Total Rewards offerings.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of broad compensation/benefits experience, including leadership

    • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team; ability to influence and build relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders across diverse business groups and regions.

    • Experience with all types of compensation programs including base salary, short term and long-term incentive plans

    • Knowledge of health and welfare and retirement programs and ability to develop, design and manage such programs

    • Strong analytical, statistical analysis, modeling and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to make informed decisions; advanced Excel skills

    • Understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, with knowledge of local market nuances and regulatory environments in multiple countries.

    • Motivated team player who has a desire to learn and contribute to a growing organization

    • Proven ability to design practical solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines and drive projects to successful implementation

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to listen to others, understand needs and present complex compensation and benefits information in a clear and compelling manner across all levels in the organization.

    • Multi-national company experience preferred

    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is preferred
