    ARSIEM is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to provide Systems Administration support for mission operations in support of Defensive Cybersecurity. This position will support one of our government clients in Laurel, Maryland.

    Responsibilities

    + Support Blue Team missions with opportunities to support Red, Hunt, and JCMA missions as required.

    + Support operator laptop builds and software installation and configurations.

    + Support the Cyber Range and Lab environments by providing systems administration and automation in support of operator training, mimicking customer systems, and prototype development.

    + Develop scripts to automate the initialization and maintenance of environments

    + Be part of a team developing innovative solutions to improve mission capabilities.

    + Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated, fast-paced environment using leading technologies.

    + Provide mentorship to other team members and be open to learning techniques and tools from them.

    + Leverage skills to look for areas for process improvement and suggest solutions.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Windows Systems Administration

    + Linux Systems Administration

    + Systems Integration

    + Experience with PXE boot

    + Experience with scripting (Bash, Ansible, Python, PowerShell)

    + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform preferred)

    + Cybersecurity experience is a plus (Systems Vulnerability Analysis, Adversary Emulation)

    + Experience creating SOPs and documenting installation instructions

    Preferred Qualifications

    + PowerShell

    + Terraform

    Clearance Requirement: This position requires an active TS/SCI with a polygraph. You must be a U.S. citizen for consideration.
