    Responsibilities for Bilingual Dutch Contact Center Agents include but are not limited to:

    + Delivering exceptional customer service in both Dutch and English via phone, email, or chat

    + Handling a high volume of inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

    + Documenting customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry

    + Resolving customer issues and escalating complex cases as necessary

    + Following standardized processes and adhering to client-specific protocols

    + Collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Must be fluent in **Dutch and English** (written and verbal)

    + Minimum of 1 year of customer service, call center, or related experience

    + Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer navigation skills

    + High school diploma or equivalent required

    + Must be able to work on **Eastern Time (3:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET)**

    **Pay Details:** $24.00 per hour
