+ **Pay Rate** : $17.00 /Hr
+ **Location:** On-site (Largo, FL)
+ **Shift** : 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
What You'll Do:
+ In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for our customers and partners. Your day-to-day will involve:
+ Providing exceptional support via phone and email.
+ Calmly and professionally resolving customer concerns and issues.
+ Diagnosing, assessing, and finding solutions to various problems.
+ Keeping a close eye on delivery routes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
+ Managing haul-away pods and verifying documentation.
+ Efficiently processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
At a minimum, you'll need:
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ It'd be great if you also have:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.
+ At least 1 year of related customer service experience, ideally in a call center setting.
+ Strong customer service skills and a knack for resolving issues to everyone's satisfaction.
+ A solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
+ The ability to thrive under pressure while consistently exceeding customer expectations.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
