This is a full-time salaried leadership position located at our Scripps Memorial campus in Encinitas. This will mainly be an evening shift position, but you must be available to work a varied shift (start time will be dependent upon the department's need) and varied schedule including weekends. *Will provide coverage for additional cleaning assignments as needed. *

The Environmental Services Supervisor provides oversight of cleanliness, project management, and motivates the team to offer superior health services in a caring environment. As the Supervisor you will make a positive, measurable difference in the health of individuals in the communities by leading a team that serves, by going above and beyond for our patients. You will also ensure all cleaning processes are being followed and perform quality control by efficiently training staff

*Required Qualifications:*

* 2 years of leadership experience and strong commitment to providing an outstanding patient experience

* A high school diploma or GED

*Preferred Qualifications:*

* Bilingual in Spanish

* 6 months Housekeeping experience in healthcare or hospitality
