Senior Reliability Engineer

As a Senior Reliability Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be a driving force in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle. Your guidance extends to analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting advanced reliability testing to validate and optimize product performance. Efficient budget and resource management will be central to your responsibilities, ensuring the team operates with maximum effectiveness. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Guide and manage a team of reliability engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of products.

+ Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance, mentoring, and facilitating to team members.

+ Develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes, aligning them with organizational goals.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability engineering practices and methodologies.

+ Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a holistic approach to product reliability.

+ Act as a key liaison between engineering teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

+ Analyze product failure data to identify root causes and trends, implementing corrective actions to improve product reliability.

+ Utilize advanced reliability testing and thoughtful methods to validate and optimize product performance.

+ Manage and optimize the reliability engineering budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective operations.

+ Provide expert technical guidance and facilitate to the reliability engineering team and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall knowledge and skill development.

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
