Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.
The Cyber Security team is looking for an experienced Senior Security Architect who can play a pivotal role in our data loss prevention (DLP)/ Information protection program. This role encompasses not only the management of projects but also the technical leadership and direction of the program. The candidate should have extensive experience with system security concepts, tools, implementation, data access governance tools, and integration with various data sources and application stacks. The ability to work across business units and IT teams to understand business requirements in order to design security controls and solutions Research business and technical challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Technically lead and manage projects related to the implementation of the ZTA for Data Loss Prevention program.
+ Lead the development of DLP use cases and requirements and work with stakeholders to build and measure solutions that align with those use cases and requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy, test, and validate an expanded list of sensitivities, both global and organization-specific, in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
+ Draft and refine policies associated with the ZTA, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
+ Develop and implement automated data protection mechanisms directly assigned to global and organization-specific tags.
+ Create and execute comprehensive communication plans to achieve tagging objectives and enhance user understanding of DLP measures.
+ Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to add new data categories to the Data Stewardship Handbook.
+ Provide technical support for various tasks, including DLP Gap Analysis, Requirements Review, Technology Re-Alignment, Reporting, Operational Response Documentation, Policy and Governance Establishment, and Training within the Talent Management System.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
+ Identify sensitive data that is at rest, like file shares, databases, SharePoint, and other applications.
+ Administers, supports, installs, and maintains enterprise endpoint protection solutions (AIP) and DLP.
+ Assist in the operationalization of AIP/DLP deployment, including policy management and tuning, troubleshooting, and documentation.
+ Assist in creating Power Automate/MS Flow

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum 8 years of work experience in a security engineering role deploying various security tools, preferably Microsoft DLP.
+ 5 years' experience with the engineering, deployment, or administration of Data Loss Prevention solutions
+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
+ Strong knowledge on CASB Solutions is preferred Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS)
+ Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as delegate responsibilities to junior team members.
+ Programming languages are necessary. PowerShell preferred.
WE VALUE
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
+ One or more widely recognized certifications from renown institutions such as GIAC/SANS, ISC/CISSP or Microsoft.
+ Experience with project management
