Assembly Mechanic Level 4
As an Assembly Mechanic Level 4 here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in assembling and testing mechanical components and systems for our Mechanical Systems & Components (MSC) business unit. Your expertise will ensure the highest quality standards are met while contributing to the success of our projects and the overall growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Production Supervisor and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and reliability of our products by performing complex assembly tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all components meet stringent quality requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble and test mechanical components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues to ensure smooth production processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly techniques and processes.

Key Responsibilities
+ Assemble mechanical components and systems according to specifications
+ Test and inspect assembled products to ensure quality and functionality
+ Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
+ Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and results
+ Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related role.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical systems and components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
