    Position Summary:

    We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Warehouse Technician to join a growing biotechnology device company in Jersey City. In this role, you will manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment using electronic warehouse management systems (WMS) in a regulated (GMP/ISO) environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials according to SOPs

    + Prepare outgoing shipments, generate shipping documentation, and coordinate with couriers

    + Maintain accurate inventory using Tradegecko (or similar WMS), ensuring all materials are properly labeled and stored

    + Stage raw materials and components for use in production and assembly

    + Assist in managing stock levels and inventory replenishment

    + Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety and quality standards

    + Complete warehouse logs, inventory forms, and shipping records

    + Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits

    + Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and regulatory guidelines

    + Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and Production Operations Manager

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Required Skills and Experience:

    + 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience in life sciences, pharma, or manufacturing

    + Experience with electronic inventory systems and WMS such as Tradegecko, NetSuite, or SAP

    + Familiarity with GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments

    + Strong attention to detail and documentation practices

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

    + Able to lift 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse tools
