• Title IV Cash Administrator II

    Lincoln Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title IV Cash Administrator II.

     

    In this remote role, you will be responsible for analyzing the disbursement criteria and payment period progression for all disbursements of Title IV funds for our school. Your primary focus will be on ensuring proper and timely distribution of financial aid to eligible students, working in collaboration with the Education department. This is a remote position.

     

    Requirements for a Title IV Cash Administrator II

     

    + Associate's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience required

    + 5+ years' experience in financial aid office with awarding/packaging responsibility

    + Knowledge of nonterm/clock hour packaging rules, including re-entry and open academic years, payment period progression, SAP eligibility, and late disbursement rules.

    + Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems

    + Experience with COD Edits resolution is a plus

    + Experience working with Campus Nexus Student/Campus Ivy -- CORE is a plus

     

    Responsibilities for a Title IV Cash Administrator II

     

    + Analyze disbursement criteria, review SAP exception processing, and request SAP appeal documentation

    + Ensure accurate and timely processing of Title IV funds according to regulations and company policies

    + Create and manage disbursement batches in CORE. Resolve failed disbursements and execute Title IV payments

    + Create, analyze, and maintain accurate Financial Aid reports
