Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a focus on overseeing both commercial and residential builds. The role requires managing timelines, budgets, and crews, while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure safety, quality, and compliance.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee commercial and residential construction projects, including mixed-use, retail, hospitality, healthcare, and multi-family renovations.
+ Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
+ Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project success.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
+ Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
+ Proficiency with construction management software such as Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
+ Strong understanding of construction documents, change orders, and RFIs.
+ A degree in Construction Management is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction as a project manager, assistant project manager, project engineer, or superintendent.
+ Experience managing project budgets ranging from $5-20 million.
Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office-based, with 90% of the time spent in the office. Most projects are within a 15-minute radius, providing convenience and efficiency. A company vehicle is provided for use, and team members are equipped with a company tablet. The atmosphere is supportive, with long-tenured employees, offering autonomy on smaller projects. The company fosters a culture of open communication and decision-making, as it is privately-held and family-owned.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
