    Job Title: Site Superintendent

    Job Description

    An established construction firm is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead an industrial manufacturing facility project in Grand Rapids. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs) and ground-up commercial construction, particularly within the industrial sector.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee and manage a $1-2 million dollar commercial building project.

    + Coordinate up to 15 subcontractors to ensure seamless project flow.

    + Ensure all phases of construction are executed efficiently and safely.

    + Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

    Essential Skills

    + 5+ years of experience as a commercial superintendent.

    + Proven ability to manage projects valued at $1-2 million in retail, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with industrial manufacturing buildings.

    + Strong project management and site development skills.

    + Background in construction management and general contracting.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.46/hr.
