    The Leasing Analyst supports the International Real Estate Leadership team in all aspects of international deal management for complex international partner owned projects from market opportunity identification through project completion. The analyst proactively coordinates, prepares, and tracks all information, data and materials from all external partners and internal sources required to fully evaluate and implement transaction decisions.

    Responsibilities:

    + Own deal preparation for all assigned franchise partner owned transactions.

    + Compile information necessary to prepare accurate, detailed, and complete packages for review/approval.

    + Obtain feasibility studies for sites as needed, validating submissions for key critical information.

    + Obtain and validate materials required for deal approval.

    + Understand, coordinate, and track all store layout & design issues, acting as a liaison between real estate leadership, store design & construction, and franchise partners.

    + Research necessary information for new center set up.

    + Update center information (lease plan and center profile), research for any additional information needed which includes updating key competitors.

    + Validate competitor presence in shopping centers with minimal resources to support competitor analytics and benchmarking.

    + Support Real Estate forecast for international projects to provide accurate reporting for current and future projects, working closely with leadership to gather information and assess for accuracy in alignment with strategic goals and partner development plans.

    + Serve as a liaison for all deal follow-up issues between real estate leadership and all internal partners as required and escalate issues as appropriate.

    + Responsible for data integrity and process transactions for Military and Travel Retail Sites.

    + Provide data inputs for transactions often under tight timeframes with minimal information.

    + Coordinate special projects (market tour preparation, mapping, market/center analysis, etc.).

    + Assist leadership on all special projects (examples include but are not limited to strategic foreign market review preparation, new market opportunity/planning, performance monitoring, etc.)

    Qualifications

    + 1-2 years’ experience in an analytical role with customer focus a priority.

    + Retail experience preferred.

    + Adept at handling multiple tasks and prioritizing projects

    + Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and curious

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

    + Strong analytical and technical skills (Excel / BI Reporting)

    + Detail oriented

    + International mind set with knowledge of foreign language(s) is a plus.

    + Education: Bachelor degree required.
