    Responsibilities

    Our team is seeking an experienced Surgical First Assist (ARNP or Physician Assistant). This position covers multiple different specialties and can involve different locations based on the team's needs, but the primary location is Gig Harbor. Franciscan First Assist Surgical team covers locations in King, Kitsap, and Pierce Counties.

     

    Schedule: Monday-Friday (5 shifts per week). No call or weekends.

    Compensation Range: $122,484 - $153,839. Guaranteed salary with tiers based on years of APP experience.

    Qualifications

    + 1-2 years experience working as an advanced practice provider in a surgical specialty

    + Graduate from a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program

    + Licensed in the state of Washington as a P.A or ARNP by the time of employment

    + ARNP/PA Certified

    + DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

    + Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

    Pay Range

    $58.88 - $73.96 /hour
