    Requirements

    + Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow in the RV industry.

    + Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Basic computer proficiency for managing inventory and customer records.

    + Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus.

    + Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges.

    + Ability to maintain focus and energy in a customer-facing role.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Regular walking, standing, and movement around the showroom and lot.

    + Frequent use of hands to operate devices and demonstrate RV features.

    + Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching when showing RVs.

    + Ability to lift up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 20 lbs occasionally.

    + Good vision for reading sales materials and navigating large spaces.

    + Strong communication skills in a fast-paced customer environment.

    + Energetic and focused throughout the workday to support customers and the team.
