Division Description:
ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is made up of four brands strongly recognized by Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Electronics and Industrial Markets. The Division designs, develops, manufactures, and markets capital equipment primarily used in the assembly process of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other industrial applications. Summary
As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide support in delivering HR services and initiatives to designated business units, departments, or specific leaders within the organization. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address HR needs, implement programs, and support the achievement of organizational goals. Your role will involve employee relations, talent management, performance management, HR policies, and other HR-related activities.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
+ Execute HR strategies and initiatives with the organization's overall business objectives.
+ Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and provide HR support.
Employee Relations:
+ Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
+ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment plans, and participate in the selection process.
+ Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure talent management practices are in place to attract, develop, and retain top talent to deliver an exceptional new hire experience.
Performance Management:
+ Implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluation, feedback mechanisms, and coaching.
+ Provide guidance and support to managers in managing employee performance and addressing performance issues.
HR Programs and Initiatives:
+ Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
+ Participate in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
+ Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights and provide recommendations for improving HR programs and practices.
Compensation and Benefits:
+ Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
+ Coordinate leaves of absence administration to ensure compliance with FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, short-term and long-term disability, etc.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
+ Support HRIS Platform (Workday) including reporting and auditing, onboarding and offboarding, performance tracking, etc. with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
+ Prepare HR reports and metrics to measure HR effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
HR Policies and Compliance:
+ Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and advising management on necessary actions.
+ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the organization's goals and ensure consistency across the workforce.
+ Maintain employment practices, procedures, company policy documents, and employee files to ensure compliance with government regulations, labor laws, and company policies and objectives.
Education, Experience & Skills Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in human resources/related field, or equivalent experience. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
+ Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
+ Knowledge of employment/labor laws.
+ HRIS experience (Workday is a plus) strongly preferred.
+ Excellent communication, people skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and aptitude in problem-solving.
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to take initiative to complete projects and assignments, prioritize workload.
+ Ability to understand, interpret, develop and communicate company policies and procedures.
+ Ability to travel domestically, approximately 10%.

Compensation Information:
The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is :$54,000 - $65,000 (annually).
