Job Purpose & Scope
Performs duties associated with the implementation, onboarding, and maintenance of Treasury Management services including ACH, Wire, Remote Deposit, Positive Pay, Sweeps, and other Treasury Management products and services. Provides customer training and assistance for all Treasury Management products and services. Assists management with special projects and serves as primary resolution contact for implementation and maintenance tasks for mid-to high-complexity clients.
Essential Job Functions
+ Provides implementation and maintenance request support to the TM Sales, TM Operations, and all treasury clients and business partners.
+ Engages in direct contact with TM Sales, TM Support, TM Operations, and all treasury clients and business partners to gather information used in the implementation, training, and maintenance of treasury clients.
+ Opens, works, and timely closes assigned Service Desk tickets and checklists related to the implementation and maintenance requests.
+ Focuses on timely and accurate receipt, administration, tracking and closure of TM implementation and maintenance requests.
+ Orders necessary equipment and supplies as requested for clients.
+ Leads effective training sessions for treasury clients and business partners.
+ Performs quality assurance reviews of work completed in the implementation and maintenance processes.
+ Identifies cross-selling opportunities to support deepening of client relationships and sales growth.
+ Serves as a resolution contact for implementation and maintenance issues for mid-to high-complexity clients.
+ Assists management with special projects, as necessary.
+ Research product information in response to client and business partner inquiries.
+ Cross-trained to assist TM Support with handling incoming service emails and phone calls regarding treasury services for mid- to high-complexity clients.
+ Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
+ Follows Bank policy, procedures and guidelines.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
+ Sound knowledge of current Bank policies and procedures, as well as Federal and State laws and regulations.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time and perform well under pressure created by high-risk functions associated with daily deadlines, high transaction volumes and large transaction amounts.
+ Ability to demonstrate leadership skills, including considerable responsibility with regard to general assignments in planning time, method manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work.
+ Ability to organize work and maintain attention to detail.
+ Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others.
+ Knowledge of audit expectations, fraud mitigation procedures, and risk requirements.
+ Ability to efficiently learn new products, software, and procedures, as needed.
+ Ability to demonstrate sound judgment when decision-making and problem solving.
+ Ability to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of a rapidly changing working environment.
+ Skilled in using computer and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Basic Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor degree, preferred.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in treasury management and/or specialized training required.
+ Minimum of two (2) years of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
+ Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
