• Digital Production Artist

    Cella Inc (Costa Mesa, CA)


     

    Produce, resize, and adapt assets across DTC channels: eComm, email, paid social, display, affiliate, and SMS.

     

    Ensure technical precision and file optimization (compression, resolution, platform specs).

     

    Site Merchandising Asset Support

     

    Create homepage heroes, category banners, landing page graphics, and promotional overlays.

     

    Align asset delivery with product launches and promo calendars.

     

    Email & CRM Production

     

    Optimize static and animated assets for campaigns.

     

    Conduct QA checks across devices and platforms for visual consistency.

     

    Versioning & Localization

     

    Version assets for different audiences, markets, and A/B tests.

     

    Maintain clean file organization and version control.

     

    Collaboration & Workflow

     

    Work closely with creative, marketing, and eComm teams.

     

    Manage tasks with tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.

    Qualifications:

    3-5+ years as a Digital Production Artist or Digital Designer.

     

    Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma a plus.

     

    Deep understanding of digital platforms and asset specs (email, web, paid media, etc.).

     

    Strong visual precision and attention to detail.

     

    Experience supporting both professional and athleisure consumer brands.

     

    Team-first mindset and ability to juggle multiple projects at once.

     

    Comfort working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
