• Workfront Project Manager

    Cella Inc (Tempe, AZ)


     

    Serve as the Workfront expert, overseeing ticket creation, assignment, tracking, and resolution.

     

    Manage the full creative project lifecycle in Workfront, from intake through delivery.

     

    Collaborate with creative, marketing, and communications teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate project scoping.

     

    Develop and manage project schedules, dependencies, and milestones in Workfront, ensuring timelines are met.

     

    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.

     

    Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or bottlenecks.

     

    Maintain, optimize, and evolve Workfront processes and dashboards to improve efficiency and transparency.

     

    Support creative operations by refining workflows and ensuring best practices are followed.

    Qualifications:

    Expert-level experience with Workfront-proficient in managing tickets, workflows, reports, and dashboards.

     

    Proven success in using Workfront to manage creative or marketing projects from initiation to completion.

     

    Previous experience in a Creative Project Manager or related role within marketing, advertising, or creative services.

     

    Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple projects at once.

     

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

     

    Comfortable in a collaborative, in-office work environment.
