The Global Corporate Segment Public Cloud Lead will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and expansion of GROW, AI and public cloud business success footprint globally primarily in the Corporate Segment. He/she will be a member of the Corporate Global leadership, this role will oversee a small yet high impact global team while managing dotted-line relationships with regional leaders across GROW and Line of Business CROs. The primary focus will be to scale GROW, AI-driven and public cloud solutions in the Corporate segment, ensuring that the business achieves non-linear growth through both partner-driven and digital sales channels, while fostering a culture of innovation and transformation in alignment with the company’s vision.
his leader will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company’s competitive edge by guiding the integration and market adoption of GROW, AI and public cloud solutions, collaborating cross-functionally, and driving impactful business outcomes in a matrixed, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Execution:
+ Lead the global sales & adoption strategy for GROW, AI and public cloud solutions, ensuring the alignment of the roadmap with business objectives and revenue targets, while adapting to diverse regional market dynamics.
+ Provide strategic guidance and execution direction to regional GROW and Line of Business leaders, ensuring effective deployment of GROW, AI and public cloud solutions for Corporate and guiding them through key transformation initiatives.
+ Champion the ecosystem to work with the Partner teams to help partners accelerate faster, focusing on demand generation, solution advisory, and revenue retention.
Team Leadership and Development:
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance global team, ensuring that they are motivated, aligned, and equipped to meet both short-term sales goals and long-term growth objectives.
+ Foster a culture of innovation and accountability, empowering teams to think outside the box and execute transformative sales motions across GROW globally, and AI & public cloud for Corporate Segment.
Market and Partner Ecosystem Development:
+ Lead the integration and promotion of GROW & public cloud solutions through partner ecosystems, focusing on partner-led sales and digital channels, with an emphasis on expanding the company’s footprint in corporate and mid-market segments.
+ Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, executives, and strategic partners to accelerate growth, ensuring a partner-first mindset and enabling digital transformation for customers.
+ Stay ahead of market trends, monitor customer needs, and evaluate competitive activities, adjusting strategies to ensure the company’s market leadership in GROW & AI and public cloud services.
Operational Excellence and Performance Monitoring:
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to corporate cloud bookings, SAAS offerings expansion, and digital motion impacts, ensuring that all regional leaders are aligned to meet global performance targets.
+ Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, challenges, and outcomes, adjusting strategies to exceed sales, revenue, and adoption goals.
+ Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and ensure the continuous growth and scalability of GROW & AI and public cloud solutions.
Innovation and Transformation:
+ Inspire and drive bold, innovative thinking, ensuring that GROW & AI and public cloud strategies are constantly evolving to meet emerging market needs and technological trends.
+ Lead the company’s transformation initiatives, emphasizing non-linear growth strategies that leverage digital sales, automation, and GROW & AI-driven customer engagement.
+ Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experimenting with new approaches to unlock business potential and create competitive differentiation.
What You Will Bring:
+ 15 years of experience in sales and solution management, with a proven track record in managing global, cross-functional teams and driving growth within GROW & AI, cloud, and SaaS-based business models.
+ Deep expertise in GROW & AI technologies (machine learning, natural language processing, etc.) and public cloud business applications with an ability to translate these solutions into actionable business strategies.
+ Demonstrated success in leading and growing enterprise sales teams in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration across diverse functions, regions, and business units.
+ Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and people management skills, with the ability to inspire teams to exceed performance expectations and drive transformation.
+ Strong understanding of the partner ecosystem and expertise in driving partner-led and digital sales motions at scale.
+ Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and key stakeholders effectively.
+ Proven ability to lead complex, multi-year business transformation projects and manage large-scale GTM execution with measurable outcomes.

+ Market and Customer Insight: Deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, with the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
+ Operational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with the ability to oversee performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, and ensure resource allocation meets global growth targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
+ Experience with public cloud platforms, GROW & AI-driven solutions, and SaaS products in a global sales environment.
+ Familiarity with digital transformation methodologies and frameworks in complex, enterprise sales environments.
+ Multilingual skills and experience managing global teams across diverse cultures and markets.

**Compensation Range Transparency** : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 271800-578700 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
