Description

The primary focus is to provide timely, professional technical support to end users for issues and questions related to applications, computer, network, telecom, and point of sale systems. This individual is responsible for managing Help Desk tickets from initial contact through resolution, including the escalation of tickets to other team members, as necessary. This position is expected to follow up with end users appropriately throughout the communication and resolution process. Candidates will support internal users as well as users within their store and retail locations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

o Associate’s degree (pending or completed) or equivalent in Information Technology or related field from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. o IT Support role experience is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
