Customer Service Coordinator (Hybrid) – Hanover, PA

About the Role:

TEKsystems is proud to partner with a leading food and beverage manufacturer to find a Customer Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.

+ Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

+ Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.

+ Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in a customer service or order management role, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

+ High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
