Logan Health is seeking a Patient Care Scheduler to join our Women’s OB/GYN Clinic—a dedicated team focused on providing comprehensive, compassionate care to women at every stage of life.

     

    In this key role, you'll be the welcoming face and voice for many of our patients—supporting their care journey by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and ensuring seamless coordination with providers and clinical staff.

    What You'll Do:

    + Schedule new and follow-up appointments for OB/GYN and women’s health services

    + Verify insurance and ensure all necessary paperwork is in place

    + Collaborate with nurses, providers, and front office staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

    + Deliver outstanding customer service—whether on the phone or in person

    What You’ll Bring:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Previous experience in a medical office or scheduling role preferred

    + Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

    Shift:

    Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

    Schedule:

    Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
