_Certified Pipe Welder_

**Pay Range:** $25 - $40 based on experience

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Pipe Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced welding certifications and demonstrate strong knowledge in pipe welding techniques, blueprint interpretation, and industry standards. This position requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform high-quality welding in the 6G position on various pipe materials.

+ Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and welding procedure specifications.

+ Ensure all welding work complies with ASME and AWS standards.

+ Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld integrity and compliance.

+ Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to meet project goals.

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and OSHA regulations.

Required Qualifications:

+ **Certified in 6G Welding Position**

+ Proficient in welding codes and standards including:

+ **ASME B31.3 – Process Piping**

+ **ASME B31.4 – Pipeline Transportation Systems for Liquids and Slurries**

+ **ASME Section IX – Welding and Brazing Qualifications**

+ **AWS D1.1 – Structural Welding Code – Steel**

+ Strong fundamental knowledge of pipe systems and welding techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.

+ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in industrial or pipeline welding.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Additional certifications in related welding disciplines.

+ Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial construction environments.

+ Familiarity with welding inspection tools and techniques.

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or elevated areas.

+ Capable of standing, bending, and working in various positions for extended periods.
