    Role description

    What you'll be doing

    + Lead engagement of new and existing customers to drive onboarding and develop relationships with key stakeholders.

    + Develop expertise in SyncSketch and its uses across different organizations.

    + Act as the technical lead for customers.

    + Coordinate and support technical implementation tasks for new customers.

    + Collaborate with Customer Success Manager and Solution Architects to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to execution.

    + Identify and resolve customer escalations and support tickets.

    + Prepare knowledge base documentation and self-service modules.

    + Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the Product team.

    + Perform product demonstrations and address product questions from various stakeholders.

    What we're looking for

    + Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in the position offered or a related position.

    + Must have three (3) years of experience with/in: Customer or Product Support; Building and working with content production pipelines; Leveraging knowledge of digital video and audio technologies, production management or DCC software; C++. C#, and C; Unreal 4, and Unity; Blender; and Photoshop.

    + International relocation support is not available for this position.

    + 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: $131,640 - $141,640/yr. Standard company benefits.

    + Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.
