We're seeking an **Electrical Engineer** to support the replication, exploitation, and analysis of commercial threats program. This programprovides engineering support to counter growing multi- and cross-domain threats and research and development of RF/EW-based systems.

Responsibilities

+ Work on state-of-the-art technologies like RF transmitters, RF receivers, FPGAs, RF amplifiers, and digital circuits applicable to UAV and land-based sensors.

+ Apply techniques of RF test and characterization of components and circuits

+ Support engineers in design investigations, product replication and development process

+ Perform basic research, testing / debugging, performance validation, quality control, and deployment.

+ Support research and development of UAS and C-UAS devices and software.

+ Perform fundamental investigation(s), evaluation(s), application(s), and design implementation(s) of new and diverse technologies across multiple applications.

+ Knowledge or experience with analog or digital circuits and devices.

+ Experience with low-level software development like Fortran, C/C++, Assembly.

+ Experience in the use of RF test equipment like network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, mixed signal generators, Power meters.

+ Experience with design and integration of embedded devices.

+ Collaborate with engineers and peers assigned to projects to rectify discrepancies in design and/or documentation.

+ Able to Troubleshoot circuits and perform repairs as necessary.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

+ This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule 9 - 5 pm Monday - Friday.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:

+ Current Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

EDUCATION:

+ BA/BS in Computer Engineering or related field and 0-3 years of experience.

CERTIFICATION(S):

+ N/A

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Knowledge or experience with analog or digital circuits and devices.

+ Experience with low-level software development like Fortran, C/C++, Assembly.

+ Experience in the use of RF test equipment like network and spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, mixed signal generators, Power meters.

+ Experience with design and integration of embedded devices.

+ Collaborate with engineers and peers assigned to projects to rectify discrepancies in design and/or documentation.

+ Able to Troubleshoot circuits and perform repairs as necessary.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

+ Knowledge of various modulation formats in communication.

+ Low level embedded design experience.

+ Experience with design and integration of electronics on (UAS) Unmanned Aerial Systems, RCIED, or Water born IEDs.

+ Experience with tools/skill sets including Software Defined Radios (RTL-SDR, HackRF or similar), RFID, and (NFC) Near-field communication.

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary for the advertised job, promotion, or transfer opportunity. The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, education, geographic location, as well as internal equity, and alignment to market data.

**Pay Range:** $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
