As an Operations Senior Specialist II- Mortgage Escrow Services, in Mortgage Production and Servicing you will be responsible for delivering top notch support that is vital to Home Lending and the Consumer and Community Bank. Your work will help support Customer Operations in the Escrow Servicing realm but more particularly, the Tax Operations in facilitating the loan's transition to closure.

Job responsibilities

+ Validate insurance claim inspections before authorizing payments to vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

+ Work closely with insurance and tax vendors to recover funds for incorrect payments, maintaining strong relationships and effective communication

+ Manage daily vendor disbursements to cover tax and insurance payments from escrow accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

+ Process funds for escrow and restricted escrow balances, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with regulations.

+ Handle various financial transactions related to escrow servicing, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all processes.

+ Balance general ledger accounts for all escrow servicing activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Proven experience in escrow servicing, financial services, or a related field.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+ Practical Experience with General Ledgers accounts.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Proficiency in Accounting and Finance or Billing.
