Responsibilities
We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Cloud Logistics Operations Manager to lead a fast-growing global business unit at the cutting edge of cloud logistics. This is more than a role—it’s a chance to shape how we move AI and GPU infrastructure across 30+ countries, working directly with customers, top-tier suppliers, Logistics service providers, and our trusted 4PL partner.

Roles and Responsibilities:
+ Drive Operational Excellence: Serve as the go-to for Logistics execution support, resolving issues in real time and identifying systemic improvements.
+ Enhance Data Visibility & Accountability: Define and track critical logistics milestones to improve transparency, ownership, global impact, and performance measurement.
+ Drive meaningful impact—Boost customer satisfaction while cutting costs, carbon emissions, and cycle time.
+ Optimize Routing & Mode Selection: Develop and implement intelligent logic for mode decisions to reduce lead times and optimize cost and carbon performance.
+ Enable Executive Insights: Streamline metric reporting and SLA reviews to support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and strategic decision-making.
+ Maintain System Integrity: Lead recurring audits and updates of transit time data to ensure alignment across platforms and accurate delivery forecasting.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on cross-Geo shipments, import/export trade compliance, and project management.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations-related roles OR equivalent experience.
Fulfillment & Logistics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
