Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you’ll play a hands-on role in installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and facility systems—including plumbing and electrical. Looking to build a hands-on career in maintenance? You’ll receive **on-the-job training** and work closely with experienced leadership as you develop valuable skills in facility maintenance, equipment repair, and safety procedures.

What You’ll Do:

+ Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs on machinery, equipment, and facility systems

+ Learn how to inspect and maintain sensors, switches, and other automated components

+ Support basic inspections of refrigeration systems

+ Perform routine checks and upkeep of material handling equipment

+ Operate tools and equipment such as power tools, cutting torches, and motorized lifts

+ Follow all safety procedures and company standards

+ Take on additional hands-on tasks to support the team as needed

What You’ll Bring:

+ Trade school training or basic experience in maintenance, equipment repair, or refrigeration (preferred but not required)

+ Comfort using power tools and hand tools

+ Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions

+ Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

+ Ability to problem-solve and stay organized in a dynamic environment

+ Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions—from cold storage (-20°F / -25°C) to dry storage (up to 100°F / 37°C)

+ Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (23 kg) and work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

+ Some locations may require working at heights and adapting to loud environments

Pay Range:$17.45 - $29.47
