Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and Five (5) years of relevant work experience is required.
Relevant Work Experience
+ Five years of experience and a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Required
+ Five years of experience working in the Electric Operations mapping systems such as M&S maps, feeder prints and C&DO/Conduit maps as well as microstation, Required
+ Strong leadership skills Required
+ Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Required
+ Experience in leading and facilitating meetings and workshops Required
+ Prior experience supervising staff Required
+ Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Required
+ Works well independently and as part of a team Required
+ Prior GIS experience Required
+ Prior experience with handling and managing large projects Preferred
+ Experience in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue / risk management Preferred
+ Prior experience with change management efforts or projects Preferred

+ Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
+ Ability to read small print and symbols
+ Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends and holidays
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
+ Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
