    **DRS Marlo Coil** manufactures robust heat transfer, refrigeration, and air handling equipment for industrial, commercial, utility and marine markets. Our custom engineered heat transfer solutions are used in a variety of configurations to cool, heat, and dehumidify air streams for process and building comfort.     Job Responsibilities

    + Develop plans, schedules and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or several portions of a more complex program

    + Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements

    + Interface with all levels of the customer, vendors and internal departments to coordinate deliverables, budgets and schedules

    + Develop new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics

    + Make recommendations to management on changes as appropriate

    + Assists with proposals efforts

    + Understand program goals for cost, schedule, and performance with experience in working with Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and understanding Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC)

    + May provide work leadership for lower level employees

    + Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with 5+ years directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience).

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Project for resource-loaded schedule management

    + May require advanced degree or certifications in area of expertise
