    The Disney Vacation Club Sales Counselor is a vacation ownership/timeshare that gives our Guests the chance to enjoy Disney experiences around the country for years to come. Selling the Disney Vacation Club is a true team effort, but it all comes down to the DVC Sales Counselor, who helps our Guests understand why ownership makes sense for their future.     Your job would be to help guide and inspire Guests into taking their next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club's membership programs and provide sales information that inspires families into a buying decision. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with all the tools to help close a sale. We will offer you a unique position of selling the essence of Disney and all the emotion, nostalgia, and joy that comes with the name.

     

    You will report to the Sales Manager, Disney Vacation Club.

     

    This is a Full-Time role.

    Responsibilities/You Will:

    + Be provided with access to sales-specific training and ongoing professional development opportunities unique to the Disney brand

    + Capture high-interest leads through multiple sales and marketing tactics, including in-person and virtual opportunities

    + Develop and manage a sales pipeline through multiple types of lead-generation opportunities

    + Schedule appointments with Members and Leads to become our newest members

    + Proactively greet guests and spark a conversation about Disney and vacation possibilities

    + Apply your sales skills to influence guests to learn about Disney Vacation Club by asking for guest contact information for continued sales conversations

    + Inspire and invite guests to learn more while they are on vacation at Disneyland, and commit to taking the next steps in learning about Disney Vacation Club

    + Share your passion for, and knowledge of, everything Disney with our Guests

    + Staff our discovery desks, open houses, welcome centers, and events throughout the Parks & Resorts at different indoor and outdoor locations, and engage guests through Disney service excellence

    + Work with Guests from around the world while engaging in a sales conversation using multiple formats: Chat, Virtual, Phone, and Onsite In-Person Interactions

    + Embrace Disney’s Sales Approach philosophy when engaging with guests and members, which is the Counselor’s Sales Approach to create revenue

    Basic Qualifications/You Have:

    + A California Real Estate license that is currently active and in good standing

    + Ability to proactively engage with guests in both indoor and outdoor environments, maintaining a high level of service and enthusiasm across all weather conditions

    + Expertise working in a competitive sales environment

    + A dynamic, can-do, and win-win attitude

    + Experience handling multiple lead opportunities daily

    + Ability to work on own while contributing to the team culture

    + Positivity in a work environment and can work in different locations daily

    + Proficiency with computers and with Windows-based programs

    + Full-time availability that includes working multiple shifts, weekends, and holidays

    + Reliable transportation to and from Disneyland Resort daily – this is an on-property opportunity

    + Drive to provide service excellence that aligns with The Walt Disney Company

    Education:

    + Valid, active, and in good-standing California real estate license is required

    + High school degree or equivalent

    Base Salary: The base salary for this position in Anaheim is $52,400 - $70,200.

    Commission: Our highly competitive compensation includes commission based on the sales plan.

    Benefits: This position is also eligible for a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
