**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented . **Project Control Analyst** to join our team in **Annapolis Junction, MD** .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Conducts program plan studies
+ Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements
+ forecasting/budgeting, contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance, and reporting, and purchasing, and processing of funding modifications.
+ Contract accounting and reporting, payroll/personnel processing, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates.
+ Maintain contract budgets, prepare contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. The selected candidate will oversee personnel records, facility administration and purchase equipment and supplies.
+ Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with vendors and customers as required
+ Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met
+ Reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data
Minimum Qualifications:
+ 4 years of related financial project management experience
+ Efficient skills using Microsoft Products – Excel is Key
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow
Preferred Qualifications:
+ A bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related discipline is desired
Clearance Requirements:
+ Must have a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
+ Sedentary work, speaking, standing, talking, walking, working with computers, working with data, working with numbers and figures, ability to handle stress & work under pressure, ability to use MS Office and a PC, analytical or critical thinking skills, leadership and listening
