We are seeking an experienced professional to lead new business capture efforts for our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong background in program management. Specific experience with F-35 RDT&E (Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation) in an industry or government role is preferred. The ideal candidate will also have prior military or civilian experience on the staff of a major command service headquarters.
Key responsibilities include:
+ Develop and execute capture strategies for new F-35 business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business prospects.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including US Government officials, industry partners, and internal stakeholders to stay informed about upcoming opportunities and to position our organization for success.
+ Shape and define hardware-in-the-loop testing and advanced EW operations analysis with government stakeholders and internal teams to optimize EW lethality and survivability effects.
+ Provide program management expertise to support the development of proposals, including coordinating with technical teams to develop solution strategies, writing proposal sections, and managing proposal schedules.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective capture plans, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement.
+ Analyze and interpret F-35 program requirements, including RDT&E, production, and sustainment, to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
+ Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the F-35 program, including its current and future requirements, and the competitive landscape.
+ Work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies, including identifying and mitigating risks, and developing and executing plans to achieve business objectives.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Experience with business development, capture management, or program management in the defense industry
+ Experience integrating scope, schedule, budget for successful execution of program objectives
+ Ability to lead cross functional teams (i.e., Engineering, Suppliers, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks, including in a classified environment
+ Ability to actively manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve positive outcomes for all parties
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience with building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
+ Current DoD Secret security clearance and ability to attain higher clearances
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
+ Prior military or civilian experience on the staff of a major command service headquarters
+ Experience with F-35 RDT&E within the US Government or industry, including experience with program management, engineering, or test and evaluation
+ Strong understanding of the F-35 program, including its current and future requirements, and the competitive landscape
+ Experience with new business capture, including proposal development, capture planning, and customer engagement
+ Strong program management skills, including experience with program planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
