We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our client's growing team at a leading biopharmaceutical organization. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring seamless supply chain operations and maintaining regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
**Pay** : $80k-$83k/yr, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities** **:
+ Manage and support day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the supply chain.
+ Oversee inventory control, perform system transactions, and maintain up-to-date documentation for inbound and outbound materials.
+ Coordinate third-party warehousing for production inputs and surplus materials.
+ Serve as the subject matter expert on inventory control systems such as POMSnet and NetSuite.
+ Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure timely material release and maintain compliance documentation.
+ Prepare and package materials for shipment; handle internal transport of materials to designated areas.
+ Lead or support inventory audits, cycle counts, and ensure all movements are properly recorded.
+ Perform administrative tasks including document filing, customer service support, and transportation claim investigations.
+ Take on cross-functional responsibilities as needed to support operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications** **:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ Minimum 5 years in warehouse or supply chain operations, preferably within pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industries.
+ Strong background in GMP-compliant environments is highly preferred.
+ Proficient in ERP, MRP, MES, and inventory control systems.
+ Strong data management skills including Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.
+ Solid foundation in project management, sourcing, and vendor relations.
