We are looking for a new Quality Systems Manager to lead activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes. The position will be located in Nashua, NH and be responsible for:

+ Lead and active engagement with 3 rd party AS9100D certification auditors for planning and executing certification audits.

+ Driving prevention activities and Opportunities for Improvement across sites

+ Leading cross site council responsible for driving Risk Assessments, Lessons Learned and benchmarking

+ Manage quality training programs

+ Author and or drive changes to command media that drive optimization, nonconformity prevention aka. mistake proofing, and benchmarking improvements.

+ Engagement with onsite Customer to address nonconformities and present Quality Management System Key Process Indicators (KPIs).

Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Required Education

+ Bachelor s degree and 6 years of related work experience

+ Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Preferred Skills and Education

+ Technical Bachelors Degree

+ Green Belt and / or DLSS Certification

+ AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification

+ Root Cause Analysis

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
