•️ Job Duties:

+ Operate compactor to spread and compact trash

+ Use dozer for daily cover and grading

+ Excavate soil using an excavator

+ Maintain haul roads using a grader

+ Haul soil and assist with other general landfill duties

• Requirements:

+ 1+ year experience operating light or heavy equipment

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Reliable, team-oriented, and able to complete basic daily reports

+ Landfill or waste industry experience is a **plus — not required**

+ Must be able to lift/push/pull 50–75+ lbs.

+ Strict adherence to safety guidelines is required
