    Rogue Disposal is looking for an experienced and reliable **Diesel Mechanic** to join our team in **White City, OR** , just outside **Medford** . This is a great opportunity for mechanics seeking steady, long-term employment with competitive pay and great benefits.

     

    • What We Offer:

    + **Pay:** $29.54/hour (Depending on Experience)

    + **Schedule:**

    + Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

    • Key Responsibilities:

    + Inspect and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment

    + Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics

    + Repair hydraulic, electrical, suspension, cooling, brake, and A/C systems

    + Use onboard vehicle computer systems to identify and troubleshoot issues

    + Maintain accurate repair logs and service records using fleet maintenance software

    + Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area

    •️ What We're Looking For:

    + Valid Oregon driver’s license

    + Ability to obtain a CDL Class B within 90 days of hire

    + Experience in diesel engine repair and preventative maintenance

    + Basic welding skills and knowledge of hydraulic systems (a plus)

    + Ability to lift heavy parts and work in tight spaces

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and follow repair schedules

    • Hiring Requirements:

    Candidates must successfully complete:

    + Drug and alcohol screening (includes random selection testing)

    + Background check

    + Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
