We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Transportation Aide to join our nursing home team. This role is perfect for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who enjoys helping residents safely travel to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other outings.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Safely transport residents to and from appointments using facility vehicles

+ Provide physical assistance getting in/out of vehicles

+ Monitor residents during transport to ensure safety and comfort

+ Communicate with nursing and scheduling departments regarding transport needs

+ Perform CNA duties as needed before/after transport

Requirements:

+ Current CNA certification

+ CPR certification preferred

+ Excellent communication and customer service skills

+ Ability to assist residents with mobility challenges
