Title: Supply Chain Senior Manager - Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Senior Manager to join our Consumer Products and Retail Services, Intelligent Supply Chain team. In this role, you will focus on developing client supply chain solutions, working across consumer products and retail segments, and potentially partnering with other practice areas of Capgemini as needed. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring client success in supply chain transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and align client supply chain strategies, Warehouse management, Warehouse automation, Logistics and transportation solutions

+ Create and expand business opportunities and pipeline in the region.

+ Contribute to the successful delivery of client Engineering, Research & Development (ER&D) solutions within the supply chain function.

+ Develop supply chain business cases showcasing quantitative and qualitative ROI.

+ Provide critical inputs to process design and Target Operating Models.

+ High level architecture and design, effort and resource planning for implementation for large scale transformation programs

+ Vendor product evaluation and coordination

+ Expand Intelligent Supply Chain Project & Consulting opportunities.

+ Provide quality solution estimations based on contribution margin and total contract value.

+ Contribute to client oral delivery meetings and provide clear, understandable communications.

+ Articulate solution value propositions through quality content and storytelling based on case studies.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Capgemini for proposal development and solution delivery.

+ Continuously seek internal and external improvements to grow the business.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Operations, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.

+ 10 years of experience in supply chain operations and processes across retail and CPG companies.

+ Extensive knowledge of WMS, TMS, RFID, IoT, Computer Vision, and location-based services (Asset tracking).

+ Integration experience working with various supply chain solution providers.

+ Strong SDLC experience.

+ Proven experience in pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning in the supply chain industry.

+ Retail and consumer products industry experience.

+ Enterprise architect/solution architect background with a client business mindset.

+ Strong supply chain knowledge including, Warehouse management, Warehouse automation, Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Transportation, Data and Analytics.

+ Ability to analyze supply chain operational data, identify opportunities, and develop insights.

+ Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and client relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with Supply chain & Warehouse automation vendor solutions.

+ Ability to handle complex situations with minimal guidance.

+ Demonstrated ability to navigate complex project environments and influence senior management.

+ Experience in creating and improving Supply Chain Target Operating Models and process designs.

+ Expertise in leading, defining, and aligning key supply chain design topics and decisions.

+ Exposure to digital technologies and process models.

+ Willingness to travel up to 30%.
