    Solution/Enterprise Architect - Charlotte, NC / NY

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead architecture and design of CRM and customer engagement solutions across portfolios, aligned with enterprise digital strategy.

    • Translate complex business challenges into scalable CRM solutions using platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and integrating with policy admin systems (e.g., Guidewire).

    • Architect omni-channel experiences including contact center, customer service, and sales enablement capabilities.

    • Ensure solutions support customer 360 initiatives, data integration, and modern API-driven architectures (REST, GraphQL).

    • Govern CRM design patterns, integration blueprints, and non-functional requirements (NFRs) across domains.

    Leadership & Governance

    • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders; guide CRM platform selection and roadmap alignment.

    • Lead architecture review boards and ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards.

    • Mentor architects and technical leads across CRM and customer experience programs.

    • Contribute to enterprise architecture repository and CRM reference models.

    Technology Strategy & Innovation

    • Drive innovation in CRM and contact center technologies, including AI/ML, voice analytics, and automation.

    • Evaluate emerging CRM platforms, conduct POCs, and present solution recommendations to senior leadership.

    • Align CRM strategy with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration patterns.

    Program/Portfolio Engagement

    • Engage in large-scale CRM transformation programs, supporting presales, delivery initiation, and solution validation.

    • Collaborate with Agile teams, product owners, and delivery leads to ensure architecture alignment.

    • Define CRM architecture roadmaps, dependency maps, and architecture runway for continuous delivery.

    Required Skills & Experience - Technical

    • Deep expertise in modern web (React, Angular, Vue) and mobile (native iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native) architectures.

    • Knowledge of modern backend stacks (Node.js, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot) and cloud-native architectures.

    • Experience with enterprise CMS/DXP platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Contentful, etc.).

    • Solid grasp of API management, OAuth2/OpenID Connect, GraphQL, and serverless architectures.

    • Understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code.

    Architecture & Methodology

    • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, etc), design patterns, and reference models.

    • Strong experience with Agile/SAFe delivery and architecture governance processes.

    Consulting & Leadership

    • Ability to engage with C-level clients and facilitate architecture decisions in a consultative manner.

    • Experience in leading large architecture teams across geographies and managing technology roadmaps.

    • Experience with solution estimation, RFP responses, and proposal creation.

    Good to Have

    • TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect certifications.

    • Experience in industries such as Financial Services

    • Background in digital transformation consulting or large systems integrators.

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $135549 to $176139 /yearly.

     

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
