Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our client in enabling and enhancing credit card and digital wallet acceptance on their e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and QA to define requirements, create user stories, and support testing and troubleshooting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Business Unit Leader to shape and define requirements for credit card acceptance and card walleting on the e-commerce platform.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate business needs into high-level requirements and Jira stories.
Develop and maintain UAT test cases and assist in executing UAT for payment acceptance features.
Facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting meetings involving IT, Business, and QA teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Strong understanding of credit card processing, including:
3D Secure
Apple Pay, Google Pay
Click-to-Pay
Tokenization (browser and digital tokens)
Solid knowledge of PCI compliance standards and requirements.
Basic understanding of credit card fraud techniques (e.g., triangulation fraud, clean fraud) and fraud prevention mechanisms (e.g., BIN attacks, brute force attacks).
Experience in requirement gathering, test case creation, and UAT execution.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to coordinate across teams and facilitate effective meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in e-commerce or fintech environments.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
Knowledge of payment gateways and merchant acquiring processes.
