The Director of Global Program Management will be accountable for coordinating work across many stakeholders to ensure the timely, successful delivery of complex CMO-led initiatives (from Global to Local) in support of Commercial Priorities. As part of their role, the director will be responsible for creating comprehensive program/project plans, involving multiple functions, to manage on- time effective execution, tracking progress and removing obstacles/risk.

What You Will Achieve
The Director of Global Program Management will:
+ Develop and lead/co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results and influence management decisions.
+ Create the end-of-the-end program/project plan for complex CMO led initiatives across CMO verticals
+ Track program/project plans to ensure deliverables and milestones are delivered to schedule
+ Identify and oversee program interdependencies, accounting for downstream processes/platforms
+ Lead cross functional teams (e.g. CMO, Ops, Digital, Vendors) to deliver on Program objectives
+ Identify & mitigate risks, escalating obstacles to remove constraints
+ Act independently on self-initiated projects, using knowledge from others and exercising judgment in complex decisions.
+ Ensure successful deployment of programs to markets by coordinating effectively with the Change Management Director and in market PMs
+ Establish a standardized, repeatable process for executive level status reporting and escalations (to remove risk)
+ Provide Program Management Leadership in deploying strategic initiatives, managing progress against critical metrics, and reporting to senior leaders. Track adherence to budget, as appropriate
+ Ensure programs have identified outcome-based OKRs/measurable metrics to achieve business value and monitor results
+ Manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between project management, planning, product teams, and stake holders.
+ Ensure all stakeholders are well versed in the areas of execution as to achieve key, shared milestones
+ Partner across CMO, Digital, Legal, Corp Compliance and Commercial Sales Businesses to ensure seamless delivery of CFC priorities/capabilities
+ Implement process excellence supports for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications, and rewards.
+ Make decisions in complex scenarios, identifying innovative solutions and recommending courses of action that impact business units.
+ Review project statuses and budgets, manage schedules, prepare status reports, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
+ BS/BA Required
+ 8+ years of commercial industry experience
+ Demonstrated history leading business transformation and innovation across functions (CRM, Marketing, Technology, Data, Analytics, Media, Content)
+ Proven experience in program management/project management or equivalent
+ Leadership experience including leading complex projects in a matrixed environment
+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills, taking into account various stakeholder needs and the cross-functional impact in all decision-making processes
+ Experience in managing large-scale, complex, and strategic programs
+ Ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse groups and senior-level management
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including effective listening, written, and oral communication abilities
+ Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution
+ Proven track record of delivering business performance
+ Drive for optimization and customer excellence
+ Delivery of exceptional customer services and experiences
+ Demonstrated agility and ability to drive program completion in an expedited timeline
+ Highly accountable; possessing a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness
+ Ability to work hard and operate under pressure
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
+ Master's degree and relevant pharmaceutical experience
+ Combination of technology, marketing and analytics experience in designing Integrated Omnichannel Campaign Orchestration is a plus
+ Certified Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or similar continuous improvement certifications.
+ Highly organized with significant experience in driving large-scale, complex, and strategic programs, managing multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated success
+ Proven ability to work in a matrixed environment with diverse groups and senior-level management
+ Program/Project management and continuous improvement certifications (e.g., Agile, PMP, Black Belt Six Sigma, or similar)
+ Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
