    Medical Device Assembler** **– DAY Shift

     

    The Medical Device Assembler will be working in manufacturing performing various assembly functions on guide wires and supporting assemblies.

     

    Most duties will be performed in an Environmentally Controlled Area, ECA.

     

    The assembler will be** **required to utilize** **custom fixtures, microscopes, coating equipment, Tyvek bag sealer as well as common hand tools.

     

    + Required to read and follow procedures and drawings.

    + Routine cleaning of ECA work benches, chairs, tools and ECA walls, ceilings and floors.

    + Compliance with quality system requirements is of key importance.

    + Must be able to work as an individual contributor and work well in a team setting.

    + Overtime will be required as needed.

    **Responsibilities** :

    • Assemble guide wires.

    • Hydrophilic coat guide wires.

    • Tyvek pouching and bag sealing.

    • Final labeling and packaging.

    **Minimum Experience** :

    • **1 to 2 years** working in a **medical device manufacturing** company preferred.

    • Must be able to utilize **microscopes** .

    • Must have **excellent manual dexterity** and be able to **work with small components** .

    **Education** :

    • High School graduate or equivalent.

    Schedule: **Monday – Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm**

    Pay: **$24.00 p/hr**
