TITLE: Quality Control Manager – PaymentsLocation: Irving, TX

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct quality assurance audits on newly onboarded accounts to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

+ Perform quality assurance audits on fulfilled maintenance requests to uphold standards and service excellence.

+ Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to enhance, standardize, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, routines, and tools.

+ Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, providing actionable feedback for enhancements.

+ Develop and implement best practices to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

+ Stay updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and payment processing standards to maintain excellence in quality control and data validation.

+ Train and mentor team members on quality assurance procedures and data entry best practices.

+ Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in Business Administration, Finance, Data Management, or a related field.

+ 5+ years of equivalent experience required in quality control, data validation, or payments processing.

+ Industry experience: Prior experience working within the Payments Industry is essential.

+ Leadership experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

+ Strong analytical skills: Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

+ Excellent communication skills: Ability to convey information effectively across departments and stakeholders.

+ Attention to detail: High level of precision and accuracy in handling customer data and transactions.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure: Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

+ Technical proficiency: Familiarity with payment processing systems, databases, and auditing tools.
