The Product Director will be accountable for developing and leading consumer focused marketing strategies and tactical execution for the Schizophrenia portfolio of long acting injectables. In this critical role, the Product Director will focus on the development of insight-based consumer marketing strategies and tactics to drive product awareness, consumer activation, portfolio pull through, and support, inclusive of, but not limited to digital, personal and non-personal DTC multichannel marketing planning and execution. This role works closely with a large, cross-functional team that includes Brand Marketing (Market Access, Professional Promotion, Consumer Promotion), Insights and Analytics, Communications, Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, and Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) to develop patient and caregiver focused marketing plans and tactics for the U.S. market. The Product Director will report to the Group Product Director for Consumer Marketing and will serve as a core member of the brand team.
Responsibilities / Areas of Focus include but are not limited to the following activities:
+ Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics through market research and data analytics that will inform consumer marketing strategies, tactics and measure tactical and brand performance.
+ Lead and manage the agency of record as well as other agencies to develop and execute the consumer marketing strategy, the tactical plan, and tactical content development. Manage agencies: ensure high performance of agency team personnel, appropriate and impactful budget expenditure, and tactical performance.
+ Lead media strategy including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
+ Identify external consumer communications and strategic partnerships in partnership with the PR/Communications and Patient Advocacy teams.
+ Partner with the PECS team to identify opportunities to deepen patient and caregiver support to drive patient acquisition, retention, and support.
+ Manage the team budget and oversee the internal compliance review for consumer promotional activities as appropriate.

Qualifications:
+ BA/BS required; MBA preferred
+ A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
+ A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or related fields
+ Pharmaceutical marketing experience in consumer and digital marketing is required
+ Strong marketing proficiency, project management, verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.
+ A demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, work within a team environment, and lead multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders is required
+ This position is based in Titusville, NJ and may require up to 20% domestic travel
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
