    Job Description:

    We are looking for the best talent for a **Senior Quality Engineer** to be located in Cornelia, GA with occasional travel to Athens, GA.

    You will be responsible for:

    + Determine quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    + Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure flawless production.

    + Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

    + Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential defects.

    + Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

    + Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop corrective actions.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.

    + Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.

    + Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.

    + Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from different departments and backgrounds.

    + Demonstrates a strong drive for success, consistently delivering high-quality products.
