Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a global compliance strategy to support various initiatives in the Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) functions. Assists in developing effective compliance tools and tracking mechanisms to automate department initiatives. Supports compliance initiatives relating to exclusion screening, policy development, and compliance governance. Assists in project management with evolving COE initiatives. Works cross-functionally with Pharmacy Operations, Front-End Operations, Legal, Pharmaceutical Wholesale, Third party vendors and other relevant business functions.
Job Responsibilities
+ Develops and maintains tools to simplify and enhance process relating to exclusion screening.
+ Supports and assists with project management of key COE initiatives, including, but not limited to: case management system, WBA policy enhancements, and other process improvements and workflow tools.
+ Supports projects relating to enhancement of global intranet sites to improve compliance visibility.
+ Provides project management support for Compliance governance committees including Global Training Steering Committee, disciplinary committees and other policy-related committees.
+ Identifies opportunities to improve and streamline compliance processes and leverages Data Analytics and Monitoring resources to implement.
+ Designs and maintains Compliance/Privacy, ERM onboarding guides and resource center.
+ Provides support relating to WBA policy updates and policy portal initiative.
+ Works cross-functionally with other functions (e.g., Pharmacy Operations, Boots Loss Prevention, Legal, Asset Protection, HR) to support compliance projects.
+ Develops presentations and materials for VP, Global Compliance Operations as needed.

External Basic Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree.
+ Knowledge of how to leverage technology and systems to enhance compliance processes.
+ Knowledge of data analytics, monitoring or auditing.
+ Experience with Project Management.
+ Intermediate to advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
+ Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing outline view and/or running a slide show).
+ Intermediate to advanced level skill in Microsoft Word.
+ Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
